We leaned into adding historic texture, exposing brick walls, stripping off drywall to reveal the original ceiling structure including, charred wood beams. We used blackened steel for the entry’s statement staircase, which was fabricated on-site and echoes the rugged ambience of window trims and kitchen cabinets in the same material.
